What Pro adds
Per-show sheet
One row per show from your file: orders, revenue, commission and processing, shipping you paid, cost of goods, refunds and tips, profit and margin.
Monthly summary
The totals per month, computed in the workbook with SUMIF formulas over the show rows, so a show you add or fix updates the month.
Tier tracker
Your sales so far and the day of the four-week period, the published tier bands and the sales per day still needed for each one, as formulas you can edit.
Expense categories, print or Excel
Fees, cost of goods, shipping and blank lines for supplies and show promotion, labelled like Schedule C lines for your bookkeeper. Printable or saved as PDF from the browser; nothing is uploaded.

Frequently asked questions
- Where does the report get my numbers?
- From the show-profit tool: load your weekly orders report (or the sample data) there and the totals per show are kept in this browser; the tier tracker uses the commission tier calculator's inputs. The preview above already shows your first shows.
- Is the Excel file just numbers?
- No: the fees, profit, margin, monthly totals, tier gaps and net profit are formulas over the show rows and the inputs you can edit, so fixing a cost or adding a show updates every total. It opens in Excel, LibreOffice and Numbers.
- Is the expense sheet a tax return?
- No. The categories are named like Schedule C lines so your bookkeeper recognises them; they are labels, not tax advice, and your accountant decides where each amount goes.
- Is Pro a subscription?
- It depends on the plan you pick above. A monthly plan renews until you cancel it from the Manage subscription link shown once Pro is open; a one-time purchase is paid once and stays open for good.
- Do I need an account?
- No. You pay on Stripe's page and come back here; Pro opens in this browser and stays open. For another browser or device, ask for your access link by email on this page.
- What about VAT or sales tax?
- Stripe is the merchant of record. Any tax that applies where you are is shown at checkout, and the receipt or invoice comes from Stripe by email.
- Can I get a refund?
- Pro opens the moment you pay. If it does not do what this page says, write within 14 days and you get a full refund. Details on the refund policy page.
- What do you store about me?
- Nothing on our servers. The checkout reference and the answer from the verification service are kept in this browser's local storage; the email you type at checkout goes to Stripe for the receipt and lets you reopen Pro elsewhere.
